The Luxonis OAK‑1 W IMX378 is a USB-powered AI camera optimized for robotics, automation, and multi-camera setups. It combines a 12 MP Sony IMX378 rolling-shutter sensor with a 120° diagonal field of view, capturing crisp 4K imagery at up to 60 FPS, making it ideal for VIO/SLAM, object detection, and wide-scene coverage.
Built around the RVC2 (Myriad X) VPU, it delivers 4 TOPS of computing power (1.4 TOPS allocated to neural inference), enabling real-time on-device AI tasks including neural networks, object tracking, and video encoding without overloading host resources. Supported formats include H.264, H.265, MJPEG up to 4K@30 FPS and 1080p@60 FPS.
Housed in a durable aluminum chassis with Gorilla Glass, the camera is built to withstand industrial environments. It features a standard ¼" tripod mount for easy integration into robotic systems.
